A high-speed
wrapping machine with a state of the art ultra-sonic
sealing system

Our CardSeal series machines allow our customers to wrap
ISO cards and ISO card sized booklets at high speeds. Examples of
products in CR80 format are telephone cards, smart cards, internet
cards, SIM cards for mobiles. Products can be wrapped as single packs or
linked packs, at production speeds of up to 700 packs per minute. Our
four-sided ultra-sonic sealing systems creates intricate patterns on the
seals. These patterns provide maximum protection against counterfeiting;
they can be generic or customer specific. Our CardSeal machines can be
linked to different types of overwrapping machines, camera systems and
labelling units.
