The KÖRA-Packmat PC-300 Pouch Cutter is a specialised system for secure cutting and accurate feeding of linked products, either from a reel or directly from a box.  The chain of products is fed through the roll holder and transported to a servo driven rotary cutting system, via an aligning unit, for speed and accuracy.  Once cut/separated from the reel, products can be placed onto a conveyor, dropped into boxes, placed with other items or glued to another product.  Flat products with glued or placed inserts from the pouch cutter can then be conveyed and later wrapped to the required specification.

LB-2 friction feeder allows you to feed almost any flat product. Depending on the format size, the feeding rate is 800 products/min. and more. Owing to its compact design, this friction feeder can be integrated into any type of production line. The particular feeder configuration is determined by the feeding process.

LLC KORA-PACKMAT friction feeder is a more simple version of the LB-2 friction feeder. It is distinguished by a particularly favorable cost/performance ratio and was designed specifically for smaller feeding rates of up to 60 cycles/min., depending on the format size, and for sheet material having a minimum weight of 80 g/m2.
This makes it the ideal device for single-sheet feeding.

LHP feeder is a KORA-PACKMAT friction feeder with servo drive that is especially suitable for precise feeding and affixing. Depending on the product format, the feeding rate is up to 1200 products/minute. Therefore this machine is the perfect feeder for the integration into feeding and affixing units.

Universal friction feeder covers a wide range of different flat products (e.g. CD covers, manuals, video tapes). This feeder allows you to separate products up to a max. product thickness of 30 mm. Owing to the integrated suction chambers, even very thin products down to at least 80 g/m2 can be processed. Apart from this high flexibility, this universal friction feeder is also distinguished by achieving very high feeding rates.

Pick and place suction feeder is a special feeder for the damage-free feeding and positioning of CDs and CD cards. This module is suitable both as single module and for integration into wrapping machines. The pick and place suction feeder is delivered ready to be plugged in and can be simply connected to the wrapping machine. Upon connecting the pick and place suction feeder, it receives the start signal directly from the PLC control of the wrapping machine and thus runs synchronously to the working cycle of the machine.

High-performance suction wheel feeder is a feeder with sheet pick-up from above. Simple, fast format adjustment. Digital electronic sheet distance regulation. Feeds independent of paper thickness, antistatic alignment. Own air supply via vacuum pump. Antistatic brushes at the outfeed (counting), double-sheet control. Options: Non-Stop magazining, buffer rake. The sheet pick-up from above ensures a safe separation of thin and surface-sensitive products. The magazine weight does not affect the separation. This allows a high degree of magazine loading. Particularly suitable for integration in paper converting machines and wrapping lines.
