ADVANCED DYNAMICS SEALS THE SHOW (PPMA 27-29 September, Stand 12000)
Guests of the 2005 PPMA Show are being urged to visit stand 12000 to witness the unveiling of Advanced Dynamics’ latest compact wrapping machine that uses ultrasonic sealing technology and is believed to be a major breakthrough for flat product wrapping.
Manufactured by KöRa-Packmat, the SonicSeal wrapper is capable of ultrasonic length and cross sealing and can incorporate the customer’s own embossed pattern if required, giving the user a personalised seal. It uses a centre folded film and can handle a wide range of pack sizes in a choice of films. Typical applications include credit cards, stickers, photographs, phone top-up cards, CD’s and other flat products.
In addition to the SonicSeal, Advanced Dynamics is also using the PPMA Show to launch a stainless steel, fully automatic checkweigher complete with Windows XP technology. Manufactured in Sweden by Tesab, the TC 3 checkweigher has been developed especially for the food sector, including meat and poultry, fresh produce and dairy, and is capable of handling pack weights between 10g and 40kg, at speeds of up to 75m/min.
Also showing on the Advanced Dynamics stand will be a labelling system from Eurokett, another top name in the field with which the company has enjoyed great success. The Eurokett Mini-12 is the ideal system for labelling various types of bottles and cylindrical shaped products. It is a premium quality front and back labeller with the advantages of high speed – up to 300 p/pm – featuring high accuracy and high quality engineering.

The show will also feature demonstrations of the company’s integrated top labelling and sheet feeder system. Brought together by Advanced Dynamics, the famous Eurokett labelling system and the well established KöRa-Packmat feeder, is an impressive single source solution ideal for a busy print house.
Advanced Dynamics will also be displaying a range of static management systems from the worldwide leaders in static control technology, Simco. And taking a prominent position on the stand is the latest addition to the Simco range, the PerforMAX 3 static bar, developed to neutralize dangerous charges on webs. An array of complementary Simco products including ionising guns and blowers, air knives, power suppliers and tacky roller cleaners will also be displayed.
Joint managing director of Advanced Dynamics, Mr Mike Essler, commented on this years offering: “Advanced Dynamics has an unrivalled track record for quality and innovative products, and the SonicSeal is second to none in flat product wrapping, which we anticipate will create a huge amount of interest among visitors at this years show.” ENDS
