ADVANCED EQUIPMENT DEBUTS AT NORTHPRINT STAND: M439 (NORTHPRINT, Harrogate Exhibition Centre, April 19 –21 2005)
An array of innovative machines and systems from Advanced Dynamics Limited is promised for the Northprint exhibition in Harrogate. The Bradford based company, which has gone from strength to strength since the merger of WLT Ltd and Crusader Europe earlier this year, will use the exhibition to showcase its range of labelling, handling, packing and static management systems.
The show will feature the first public demonstration of the company’s integrated top labelling and sheet feeder system, capable of handling telephone cards, CD inserts, stickers, photographs and other similar items. Brought together by Advanced Dynamics, the famous Eurokett labelling system and the well established KöRa-Packmat feeder, is an impressive single source solution ideal for a busy print house.
Advanced Dynamics will also be displaying it’s full line-up of labelling equipment, which extends from simple, entry-level machines capable of ‘flash’ labelling for special offers, through to multi-head labelling systems, complete with specifically designed product handling systems, to turnkey end-of-line solutions.
Complementary products to be exhibited include a comprehensive range of anti-static devices, in keeping with Advanced Dynamics’ standing as the UK’s leading distributor of Simco static control systems. These will include the latest DC high voltage generators for pinning paper and card, handheld air guns, in-mould labelling solutions, monitoring devices, and different anti-static bars including the best selling P-SH-N, ideal for fast webs.

And making a prominent appearance on the stand from the Simco range is the PerforMAX 3, the most advanced static control system available for monitoring static neutralising performance. The equipment provides outstanding range performance to eliminate static charges even when installed up to 250mm from webs and up to 500mm from winders. Typical applications include film rolls, plastic sheets, paper, printing plates, rubber covered conveyor belts, printing machines, web systems and numerous other related applications.
Also on show will be a range of KöRa-Packmat feeding equipment, with varying capabilities of pick and place, synchronized feeding, and batch counting of delicate products. Including the LB2 friction feeder, originally designed for feeding paper products and now used to feed products such as DVDs and CDs into the main packaging line.
Commenting, joint managing director, Malcolm Little says: “This is the first time Advanced Dynamics have exhibited at Northprint, and I’m certain our complementary range of labelling, feeding and static control devices with stir up a lot of interest among the visitors.” ENDS Page two of three
