MORE ORDERS BRING DYNAMIC NEW RECRUITS 

Following an impressive first six months of the year, Advanced Dynamics Ltd, suppliers of the largest range of flat product feeding, wrapping and finishing solutions in the UK, has expanded its team, thanks to its on-going success in winning new business.

This latest expansion has seen the recruitment of a new Business Manager, Martin Simpson, a Sales and Marketing Executive, Donna Wilde and Accounts Administrator, Tiffany Fawcett. The addition of new recruits has been triggered by the ever increasing product range Advanced Dynamics provides and its subsequent increase in enquiries and orders.

Mr Simpson, whose role concentrates on managing the business in the south of England, joins the company with excellent product understanding. He has spent the last 17 years selling all types of packaging equipment and has gained extensive knowledge of labelling equipment, feeders and wrapping machines.

Having recently joined Advanced Dynamics, Mr Simpson has undergone an in-depth induction to KöRa-Packmat and Eurokett machinery and now has full knowledge on all the equipment ranges.

With such vast product knowledge and enthusiasm Mr Simpson is a clear asset to the growth and development of the sales team at Advanced Dynamics.

New Sales and Marketing Executive Donna Wilde, joins the Advanced Dynamics team eager to make her mark. After relocating to Yorkshire two years ago, Ms Wilde is looking forward to exciting challenges with Advanced Dynamics.

Ms Wilde has an impressive background career in IT. She has worked for two Outsourced Managed IT Services companies who supplied IT Service Desks, Desktop Services, Hardware Break/Fix and Telecoms in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Advanced Dynamics' joint Managing Director, Malcolm Little, believes that Ms Wilde will be able to bring great depth and support to the sales team: "Despite having a very different career background, Donna's motivation and drive bring a refreshing asset to the team and it is a pleasure to have her on board."

Ms Wilde has settled into her role quickly and comfortably and has already launched a strategy to promote Advanced Dynamics including distributing a newsletter to the company's existing customers, developing the company's presentations and web pages whilst learning about the different equipment.

The accounts team at Advanced Dynamics has been strengthened through the final new recruit, part-time financial Accounts Administrator, Tiffany Fawcett. Her experience and knowledge of accounts management in payments and invoicing is extensive and she is an extremely valuable asset in the day to day running of the business.

Mr. Little said: "The recruitment of new staff in key areas is a positive drive for Advanced Dynamics in expanding our business and streamlining important functions. There have already been many constructive changes and developments and we will continue to grow and invest in our business."
