The versatile PC-300 pouch cutter couples high quality engineering and speed of application with positional accuracy and has the capacity to handle virtually any package shape.

The chain of products is fed through the roll holder and transported to a servo driven rotary cutting system, via an aligning unit, for faster operation speed and accuracy. 

Once cut from the reel, products can be placed onto a conveyor, dropped into boxes, placed with other items or glued to another product.  Flat products with glued or placed inserts from the pouch cutter can then be conveyed and later wrapped to the required specification, which is ideal for co-packing.

Additionally the pouch cutter is able to 'drop' products into boxes, in batches or as single items, as well as being able to precisely place sample sachets from a chain feed onto a magazine or any other flat product, aided by an in-line gluing module.
