The pouch cutter can provide easy solutions for those who wish to add value to their products using an easy and efficient system. It is being promoted for a range of applications including condiment samples and plastic cutlery in ready meals, salt and pepper sachets, cosmetic and other free samples, desiccants and pharmaceutical products. Speed, accuracy, flexibility and security are what make the PC-300 pouch cutter a perfect choice for a range of manufacturers. The machine delivers technical precision and has an impressive speed of up to 350 cycles per minute. The versatile PC-300 pouch cutter couples high quality engineering and speed of application with positional accuracy and has the capacity to handle virtually any package shape. The chain of products is fed through the roll holder and transported to a servo driven rotary cutting system, via an aligning unit, for faster operation speed and accuracy. Once cut from the reel, products can be placed onto a conveyor, dropped into boxes, placed with other items or glued to another product. Flat products with glued or placed inserts from the pouch cutter can then be conveyed and later wrapped to the required specification, which is ideal for co-packing. Additionally the pouch cutter is able to 'drop' products into boxes, in batches or as single items, as well as being able to precisely place sample sachets from a chain feed onto a magazine or any other flat product, aided by an in-line gluing module.
