To apply a pre-printed
label to the film prior to forming the finished bag. This
system employs a unique control system which operates in
conjunction with the flow wrappers, to monitor the length of
the product. Not only does the flow wrapper accommodate
variable length product, but the labeller also tracks the
product length and is able to place the label in the middle
of the finished pack.
The system is complete
with low real/label out alarms and has high visibility and
audible alarm systems to alert the operator and if necessary
shut down the flow wrapper. |
