This machine is designed with a double lane conveyor to boost the production speed with a “no waiting time” system. Servo system for machine height and width adjustment, changeover can be simply done on the HMI.
The FL-222D’s double lane filling stations enable the machine to achieve cost-effective production and high performance levels. User-friendly design ensures operation is smooth and maintenance levels are low. Built-in flexibility allows customers to choose from 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 nozzles to be applied on the machine.
The FL-24D Overflow Filling Machines is suitable for shampoos, foamy chemicals, cleansers, sauces, syrups, light gels and other similar liquids.
