Having worked all his career in the packaging industry, Malcolm constantly seeks to change and grow the business and as a result, is often in uncharted territory; whilst regularly challenged, this is what still drives him onward.
Bloody nice suits though…
Since his arrival at Advanced Dynamics in 2015, Tom has progressed from Sales Manager, to Sales Director, to Managing Director – but would still prefer to be riding his bike around the Alps!
Tom has been instrumental in the growth and ongoing development of the business, expanding both the range of equipment and diversity of industries that we serve.
There is only one thing that Tom cares about more than the company and that is his customers. If you are picking a team, he needs to be your first choice.

This poor chap currently holds the record for the longest-serving employee!
From the very early days, Stewart was the very first to join Advanced Dynamics. Since then he has been in the thick of every machine we have supplied and has a knowledge base that you only acquire through 20 years of graft and commitment.
All sounds great but he’s a Leeds fan!
Matt started with Advanced Dynamics in 2014 as an engineer, but soon realised his passion was in sales, and he’s done a damn good job over the past years which has seen him land the role of Sales Manager for the company.

Whilst not wanting to reveal her age, Vanessa served in Her Majesty’s Royal Navy and was one of the very first WRENs to go to sea.
She has all the attributes you will need from our sales department, she is kind, caring and considerate whilst remaining hard as nails!
Daniel has actually played football for England.

Joking apart, Danny has actually represented England in the beautiful game… go’on lad!
One of our senior support engineers. To say he loves mechanics is an understatement, he actually has a milling machine in his dining room… I know, and he’s still married!
We think Jack must have a second income because he’s only 24 and he’s had more fast cars than Malcolm! A rare young gentleman, he knows his stuff and will go above and beyond for anyone.
By far the most infectious smile known to man! A great bloke with a personality to match. He is as loyal as you can get; despite their recent relegation, Jack attended every single Huddersfield Town match and still kept smiling.
