Malcolm is the Executive Chairman of Advanced Dynamics, guiding every aspect of the business he founded 27 years ago. His career began as an apprentice draftsman, creating precise engineering drawings, before moving into sales a path that inspired him to start his own company and grow it into the success it is today.

His decades of sales experience and directorial responsibility, coupled with his extensive knowledge of the packaging industry provide a strong foundation for his position and future growth plans.

Vicky brings order, energy and personality to the team. For the past four years, she has been a vital part of Advanced Dynamics, supporting the business as an Executive Assistant while confidently managing sales administration and finance tasks. Beginning her career at 16 in the legal sector, she soon realised her strengths were best suited to a fast-paced, multi-skilled role, making the EA position the perfect fit.

Stewart is the kind of Engineering Manager you can trust behind any product or service. With 25 years of experience, he has grown from a hands-on technical engineer into a senior engineering leader, combining deep expertise with an approachable, reassuring style. Although she enjoyed the technical side, after eight years she chose to follow her passion for creativity and pursue a career in content creation and social media.
