The ICE Highly Automated Carton Sleever has been engineered to wrap carton blanks around single products or multipacks.
The ICE Carton Sleever is compact, robust, accessible and simple to use.
Carton blanks are picked from the carton sleeve magazine and are placed above the product/multipack and folded around it. The machine uses an extremely reliable continuous motion and precise rotary arm to collect the carton with suction cups and place it above the incoming product. A hot melt point completes the cycle by gluing together the flaps underneath.
With a continuous rotating arm to pick blank carton sleeves, and a reliable timed release mechanism, this machine provides utmost efficiency. Most adjustments are automated, electrical and can be saved.
