Our FL-12 & FL-14 Twin and Quad head fully automated Compact Automatic Filling Machines utilise our servo-driven volumetric pump system to ensure high accuracy across a wide range of low to medium viscosity liquids. Features include integrated infeed and outfeed conveyor, product gating system and bottle stabilising clamps to ensure smooth and consistent results.
Our easy-to-use touchscreen interface allows for quick and easy changes to filling and timing parameters, enabling them to easily handle changing production schedules and different products. The FL range’s compact design makes it ideal for use where space is at a premium, but its sturdy construction ensures durability and longevity. These Compact Automatic Filling Machines are ideally suited for a large range of industries including e liquid, CBD, edible oil, beverage, cosmetics, chemical and pharmaceutical.
