Distinctive Design

Advanced Dynamics has specifically designed the PL-521 wrap around model to accommodate horizontal labelling of slim, non-free-standing cylindrical containers, such as pens, test tubes, vials, syringes and lipsticks. The machine’s angled roller conveyor ensures accurate labelling by securing the product on its side as it moves through the label head.

The built in operating instructions and troubleshooting guide offered on the operator interface, as well as hand wheels that provide for simple adjustments, allow quick set up and easy changeover.

For diverse product sizes and shapes, the PL-521 product sensor can be adjusted for various applications. With the manual position setting, your labels are placed accurately on the bottle, each and every time. The hot-foil printer controls allow for future upgrades if the need for a hot-foil printer arises.

The Production pre-set function enables the machine to automatically stop once the pre-set quantity of products has been labelled. The Label Countdown feature allows you to see precisely how far along the project is as the production run progresses. Up to 30 settings can be stored for future use, saving you time later in re-inputting the necessary information.

Practical

The PL-521 can easily and conveniently be moved to other production areas to allow for changing in production or products. The machine’s height adjustable conveyor affords you exceptional convenience and flexibility.
