Advanced Dynamics Named as a Patron for Official Platinum Jubilee Event
So, we can finally scream it from the rooftops!
Advanced Dynamics has been named as a patron and will feature in the upcoming launch of the Official Platinum Jubilee Pageant Commemorative album!
Published by St James’s House ahead of June’s historic landmark event, the album charts the trials and triumphs of The Queen’s 70-year reign and explores how Her Majesty has provided the country and Commonwealth with a lifetime of leadership, from her steadfast presence during the Second World War through to her current unifying influence at a time of political, economic and social turbulence.
For Advanced Dynamics to feature in this book represents another significant milestone in our business’ recent history, following our transformation into specialist filling and packaging equipment supplier.
To say we’re buzzing is an understatement!
Our involvement in this special album, celebrating Her Majesty the Queen’s incredible 70 years of service, first came about through our association with the Armed Forces Covenant.
On 2 June, our Managing Director, Tom Smith, and Founder and Executive Chairman, Malcolm Little, will be heading to London for an exclusive launch event at Claridge’s hotel in Mayfair.
Stay tuned to our social channels for more from what we know will be an amazing night!
Speech, speech, speech!
Our Founder and Executive Chairman, Malcolm Little, is our proud royalist and this is what he had to say…
“For our Queen to be celebrating her 70th Jubilee is a phenomenal achievement – a feat that I anticipate will never be matched. The Queen took over at such a young age and to still be serving as she is, is truly astonishing. That is something that is absolutely worth celebrating.
“Bradford and West Yorkshire have changed a lot in the time that the Queen has been at the helm. The birth of the Commonwealth had a massive impact on the development of Bradford. It’s been a great thing for countries around the world and has brought so much diversity and culture to Bradford and Yorkshire.
“The mills we once had are now flats and offices or gone entirely. If you look at Bradford against the rest of the country, sure, it’s not the wealthiest of cities, but from where it was when the Queen first sat on the throne to where it is now, people’s quality of life has, and continues to improve dramatically.
“It sounds like a Four Yorkshiremen sketch but my grandma used to count herself lucky if she got an orange at Christmas. That’s not a joke. When you look at Bradford now, it’s developed a great deal over time and is a city where people live much better, healthier lives.
“The launch event for this album is going to be quite surreal.
“We are an SME from Bradford. We’re not a business that is renowned nationally. To be involved in something like this I think is something that myself and Tom will enjoy a great deal, and it will fill us with enormous pride to be able to represent Advanced Dynamics.
“It’s going to be a big day for us.”
