An intelligent and meticulous system
Our FL-800D Monobloc filling and capping machine has been meticulously developed for the E-Liquid industry. The machine is available with either peristaltic or servo-driven volumetric product delivery, which incorporate 2 or 4 pumps to ensure smooth, accurate and consistent performance.
It features an intelligent bottle detection feature, which is able to detect fallen or misaligned bottles to ensure that only correctly positioned bottles are filled. The FL-800D can also handle automatic capping, making sure that all filled bottled are adequately secure when they leave your facility.
This versatile filling machine allows the operator to vary the production parameters, including filling quantity and output speed. Its user-friendly operating system and touchscreen controls facilitate easy adjustment, while its modular design concept means that it can be dismantled for repair and maintenance.
