“The project was originally initiated by my predecessor, who left the business with a minimal handover. Despite this, the transition was handled smoothly thanks to the support of Vanessa and Tom at Advanced Dynamics.

From that point onwards, it has been a pleasure working with the entire Advanced Dynamics team. They have been consistently helpful, responsive, and solution-focused. At no stage did we encounter any significant issues and minor challenges were addressed quickly and without disruption.

Midway through the project, we needed to make changes to the design. These were accommodated with ease, and Vanessa in particular went above and beyond to ensure our updated requirements were met without delay.

The Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and training for our subject matter experts were carried out at Advanced Dynamics’ facility and were delivered to a high standard. This gave our team the confidence needed ahead of installation. Installation on site also went exactly to plan. The machine arrived on the agreed date and time, and the installation team both named Jack carried out the work efficiently while coordinating around our live production schedule. The Site Acceptance Test (SAT) followed and was completed successfully, with one of the engineers remaining on site to offer further support and share operational knowledge with our team.

In terms of build quality, I cannot fault Advanced Dynamics. The machine is well built, with excellent attention to detail, including all of the modifications and preferences we discussed during development. The filling system is highly accurate we are consistently seeing CpK values above 3.00, with confidence that values above 4.00 are achievable as our operators become more familiar with the system.

Overall, Advanced Dynamics have been a reliable, professional, and flexible partner throughout this project. I would not hesitate to recommend them.”
