The FL-60’s gear pump filling system and Delta PLC touchscreen control are built for reliable, repeatable filling — with a fill accuracy of 0.5% to 1% — giving you consistent results across free-flowing liquids, oils and other viscous products without reworking your setup between batches.
The FL-60 is available with a standard filling mouth (ø4, ø6 or ø10) or a pneumatic filling mouth (ø16 or ø19), so it can be set up to suit different liquids and container types without switching machines. The standard mouth is typically suited to water and general liquids, while the pneumatic option is typically suited to oils and other more viscous products.
Its compact dimensions (310mm x 480mm x 310mm) and 18kg weight mean it can be positioned within limited floor space, and it runs from a standard single-phase 220V supply with 5–7kg air pressure for straightforward installation alongside existing equipment.
